Her name, so she says, is Nevada. She works as a showgirl at the Nile Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Her dance partner is an ostrich named Bolero. She's about to plunge into a mystery involving dismembered corpses, accidental time-travel, a drunken mystic, parallel universes, and a would-be Godfather whose head is in a very strange places. And it's all escalating into something cosmic.
